The service provides text and voice translation, language detection, group translation, and related subscription features through LINE Bot. Supported languages, plan details, and usage limits are shown on the website, bot messages, or checkout pages.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your location.
• You are responsible for activity through your LINE account and groups.
• You must not impersonate others, resell accounts, abuse free quotas, or bypass system limits.

3. Paid Services

• We may offer monthly subscriptions, voice plans, free quotas, or other plans.
• Prices, currency, translation limits, voice quotas, and group-sharing rules are those shown at purchase.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers and are also subject to their terms.
• Unless required by law or explicitly stated, activated or used service periods are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Do not send illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise abusive content.
• Do not attack, interfere with, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not bypass technical, security, payment, or plan limits.

5. Translation Results and Limitation of Liability

• The service uses machine translation and speech recognition. Results are for reference only.
• We do not guarantee that translations are accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for a specific purpose.
• For legal, medical, financial, immigration, contract, or other important documents, use professional human translation or professional advice.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by translation errors, service interruptions, or third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property and User Content

The service, website, bot, software, trademarks, and related content belong to us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you submit, but authorize us to process it as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service.
• If you violate these terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access and take legal action where appropriate.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Taipei District Court in Taiwan will be the court of first instance.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
